We feel honoured to share with you this great home and surrounding grounds. We have endeavoured to provide a full range of facilities when you stay with us at Moore River Holidays.

  • Self-contained kitchen includes extras such as a rice cooker, flat sandwich maker, full sized fridge freezer, gas stove and BBQ.
  • Drinking rainwater plumbed directly into kitchen and can also be used for the kettle & cooking.
  • Reverse cycle air conditioning, ensuring your comfort in any season and wood fired pot belly fire
  • Television & DVD in the main lounge area. An additional T.V. in the open plan bedroom
  • Popular entertaining area on the riverfront, complete with gazebo. The verandah also extends all the way around the house, providing shade and shelter for the barbeque and evening drinks.
  • Two large lawn areas, perfect for a quick game of volleyball or bocce ball, both of which are supplied. For those who wish to indulge in more relaxing pursuits, pull up a seat under the shade of the majestic tuart trees and enjoy the serenity.
  • FRESH REGIONAL AND SEASONAL PRODUCE Available Sundays at the Woodridge Hall. Corner of Wanneroo Rd and King Drive Woodridge. The weekend Sunday Times is also available from this arts and crafts studio location.
  • Help yourself to the abundance of seasonal fruit trees including mango, cherry, pear, mandarin, lemon, mulberries and passionfruit including the vegetable & herb gardens. We grow all our produce without any chemicals & pesticides.
  • Please note that we request our guests bring their own beach and bath towels, toiletries, medical items, food, drinks, bikes and sun protection.

  • Due to direct access to the Moore River & for the protection of our native wildlife, this property is not pet friendly.
  • Environmental Impact: By choosing to stay at Moore River Holidays, you have chosen a holiday destination close to Perth. Property owners Rona ad Cos have also minimised the impact we have had on the land since we chose to became a holiday destination back in 2004. We have rain water drinking facilities plumbed into the house. Gardens are without pesticides and no pets permitted. We are located within the Moore River region with an abundant olive, wine and honey producing region so when out and about in the Moore River region, be sure to sample some of our fresh seasonal local produce. Choosing to buy local produce is an excellent environmental choice. We thank you.
