September 2nd, 2010 by Rona ChieraGingin Attractions. Eat your way around the Moore River region at Caladenia Mini Golf
September 2nd, 2010 by Rona ChieraWhat eat your way around the Moore River region means is that I was at Caladenia Mini Golf on the weekend and I came across a jar of local produce called ” Ellie’s Organic Beetroot Chutney”. I’ve listened to Lorraine rave about her beetroot chutney she uses, well now Ellie has started to package her famous beetroot chutney. Does Ellie really know how famous her beetroot chutney is? It is to die for and at $6.90 a jar. We’ll be back for more of this great local Gingin produce! Gotta love Ellie! What is great about the owners of businesses in the Moore River region, Gingin, is that they source locally and this creates a new cottage industry for our people living in the Gingin Shire. Well done. Thumbs UP!

A notable feature of the walk is the Jim Gordon VC Trail, which traverses the Gingin Brook and offers an impressive stroll through ferns and lilies under a canopy of ancient Paperbarks.
