Flavours of Chittering. Chittering Valley Wine Trail

THE CHITTERING VALLEY WINE TRAIL MEMBERS ARE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE FLAVOURS OF CHITTERING 2011 WILL BE HELD ON THE SUNDAY 11th SEPTEMBER 2011.
Flavours of Chittering website has been updated to provide visitors with the details of event and festivities.
A long table lunch will be held on Sunday 28th of August 2011, at Western Range Vineyard to launch the Flavours of Chittering. Long table Lunch details will be updated in the next 2 weeks.

One of the Chittering’s great treasures that I came across and fell head over heels in love with was at the Christos Estate. It was their first year of opening after purchasing the property and in a matter of weeks, they were opening their doors to a festival of grandeur. The Christos Estate ticked all my sensory boxes and the attention to detail was remarkable. This is without a doubt one of our best regional finds I have discovered, whilst I was heading back from Toodyay.

Flavours of Chittering at Jylland Vineyard

Flavours of Chittering is such an awesome local event to devour the delights of our regional produce. A stunning vineyard to enjoy lunch that weekend is at the Jylland Vineyard. Not only will you be delighted with Jylland Vineyards wines but Edele’s stunning selection of platters and her hospitality is that you’d expect from a Danish delight. Edele is the closest thing to royalty that we have besides Princess Mary.
The Gingin Market Day and Flavours of Chittering are on the same week end. Sat 11 Gingin. Sun 12 Chittering
Moore River region and chitterin are both one hour from Perth

Wine cheaper than Coke and water

By comparison Woolworths charges $2.25 for Pump 750ml water bottles and $3.07 for 600ml of Coca-Cola – equal to $3.84 for 750ml. Australia’s wine industry has been facing a grape glut since 2007. And the wine industry is getting worse, with a new winery opening every two days. You are paying less for good wines and getting a great quality for your money. Producers’ pain is drinkers’ gain.
For me to enjoy a great wine, I need to feel it as an experience, an emotion and as entertainment. I feel Jylland Vineyard fulfils my every desire when it comes to great wines. I hope you get to experience the owners’ hospitality, Edel of Jylland Vineyard, just 1 hour north of Perth in the Moore River region. Edel’s hospitality will leave you speechless and forever you will become an ambassador for Jylland Vineyard, one of our greatest local producers.
