WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?
Rest assured, we have placed the hardest question first. We do not charge a cancellation fee, ever! You may cancel your booking anytime up to the day prior to your arrival. We are confident in our group accommodation offering and will not charge you, if you cannot make it. I am absolutely happy to offer you a full refund onto your credit card without any questions asked. We will help you make changes to booking details as best we can, should you wish to change the dates also. The logistics of coordinating group bookings from your end is hard enough. We hope this takes the pressure off you.
CHECK-IN for guests from 4pm
CHECK-OUT for guests is 11am
Alters for each guest and we tend to use the last 4 digits of your land line number. KEY: will be discussed with you prior to arrival
Are payable by credit card. One night deposit will be payable. A booking confirmation form will be emailed to you to confirm your accommodation request. Moore River Beachhouses is our booking agent and the booking confirmation will have Marion McFadden’s details on there. If you have booked through me, the owner, I will note my mobile contact on there for you. Owner: Rona Chiera mobile: 0419 909 167
We are located directly on the Moore River and we feel privileged to have our accommodation located here. We would like to maintain the Moore River and its wildlife. We request that you do not bring domestic animals.
BRING YOUR OWN SUPPLIES
Please bring your own personal towels & beach towels. Bathmats, hand wash clothes & tea towels.
PACK N GO
We specialise in group bookings, therefore we offer a Standard Pack- N-Go service for $90, where we clean bathrooms, sweep, and dust and mop all floors then vacuum. Your job is to leave the beds unmade and pack your gear & go. It’s that simple. Pack N Go divided amongst your guests:
Divided amongst 8 guests = $11.25 p/p.
Divided amongst 10 guests = $9.00 p/p.
Divided amongst 14 guests = $6.50 p/p.
Our guests prefer to choose the Pack N Go option which keeps harmony within the group as one person is not responsible to leave the house as clean as you found it. All beds are to be stripped of sheets and pillow cases. Dishes must be cleaned, dried & put away. The fridge must be emptied & cleaned. BBQ cleaned and gas turned off. Rubbish Bins placed on the verge/roadside.
There may be some variation to the wording on the booking details found on your confirmed booking sheet. Like deposit and cancellation policy etc: Do not be alarmed, as I will honour what I have written. I cannot change other people’s set website details
