My first customer at Moore River Holidays

I opened Moore River Holidays back in 2004,7 years ago. And today,I thought about my very first family who visited. I still have that family coming to holiday in the Moore River region today, and I just emailed her to tell her how honoured I feel to have them choose to stay with us and grow with us. I have never met this family, as I am an online accommodation business. So how come they make me feel warm and fuzzy?
