We have a good refund policy at Moore River Holidays, where you are welcome to have your full money back right up to the week of arrival. We know the difficulties of coordinting a group together for accommodation. In the eight years we have not experienced many refunds, but all it takes is for one guest not to be happy. I do not want to keep any of my potential guests money. So, I am on a mission to improve our refund policy to make it even more customer friendly.
